18.1 has been announced…and it’s a long one! If you haven’t checked it out yet, you can find the details here. Please orient yourselves with the standards and rules so you know what to expect.


We will open the doors to the gym around 8:30am on Saturday, and we’ll be running heats on  starting at 9am. The plan is to start a new heat every 25 minutes and we will be adhering as strictly as possible to the heat times, so be ready. Luckily, there’s not too much to warm up for in this workout–a general warm-up and some practice with each movement is really all you need. In addition to Saturday, we will also be replacing the Barbell WOD on Friday evening (6:30pm-8pm) Open Gym time. This will be another opportunity to do the workout if you can’t make it on Saturday. If you cannot make either Open Gym or the Saturday time slots, email us and we can figure out a good time for you. Do not try to just come and do the workout on the side in class without contacting us first.
