It’s been a crazy couple of months here at Grassroots CrossFit! We’ve been planning to create a blog for a long time, but with all the events going on, some incredible performances by our athletes, and with new members who may be unaccustomed to some of the CrossFit “tenets”, we thought now would be the perfect time to start. We won’t always have time to write a post every day, but we’ll do our best to consistently write and get some perspective on the goings-on at the gym.
