We only offer memberships with unlimited access to encourage you to come as much as possible. We recommend 3 to 5 times per week depending on your current fitness level. We want you to see amazing results, and consistency is the only way to do that! We are always happy to put your account on hold for any time you’re out of town for more than a week. If you have specific circumstances which require a more limited membership plan, please contact us.

*Monthly memberships will automatically be set up to auto-renew. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, but allow a minimum of 7 days notice to ensure that the next month’s transaction does not go through.


***Drop-ins and/or short-term memberships are currently offered for anyone with previous CrossFit experience. Please email with your name, drop-in dates, and preferred class times, as well as a description of your prior experience, and we can help set you up. To make sure we can reserve your classes, we recommend reaching out at least one day prior.***

If you are in Berkeley for a limited time, we welcome you to drop-in and continue your training with us! Drop-ins must have completed an On-ramp or have experience with barbell workouts. Please see the schedule for class availability.

On-Ramp Course

In order to join the group strength and conditioning classes, you’ll need to learn the fundamentals of barbells. You can do this with one of our On-Ramp options:

Private on-ramps are scheduled individually; contact us to plan a time for your session. 1-on-1 private on-ramps contain 4 sessions. Semi-private and group on-ramps contain 6 sessions.

The group on-ramp takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm, starting the first Tuesday of the month. Upon completion of the On-Ramp, we offer a three month membership at a discounted one-time payment of $495 ($165/month value).

Learn More About the Fundamentals Course

For those with a basic to moderate level of fitness, this group course is required to learn the foundational movements for barbell workouts. This course is a series of six (6) classes over three weeks, and teaches safe technique in a group environment to prepare you for our classes. Completion of the course is necessary to join our strength and conditioning classes. The coach for the course will guide you through progressions to build new skills and improve upon weaknesses.

Some movements will be reviewed throughout the course, but if you need to miss a class, you are required to schedule a private make-up session for an additional $50 to go over what you missed. Additional sessions will be charged at personal training rates.

Community Class

If you are in generally good health and interested in trying our programming, we recommend the community class to determine if the workout structure, exercises, and environment would be a good fit for you. The first class is FREE, and subsequent classes are $15 per session. A 10 pack is also available for $120.

Personal Training

For those who want one-on-one training with customized workouts (Barbell and non-barbell workouts) for you, we recommend personal training. You can choose a coach and work out a training schedule at your convenience.

Learn More About Personal Training

We recommend personal training if you need a program completely customized to your individual needs, or if you are an existing member who would like some targeted skill work. This may be the best path for those who are currently dealing with injuries or restrictions that would require significant modifications to exercise, or who want personalized programming to meet specific goals.

For anyone interested in personal training, we start with a complimentary 15 minute evaluation to assess your goals and place you with the appropriate coach and training package. Contact us for more details.

For current members as a way to supplement their training, we offer half-hour personal training sessions. These sessions can be used to practice skills, work on weaknesses, or focus on a desired goal. Contact us to schedule, and let us know if you have a preferred coach.
